1974The Strength of Unity

The story of this sacred temple began in 1974 with a noble intention — to bring local youth together and build strength, discipline, and unity. Visionaries like Late Ramanna Naik, Krishnappa of Bhandara Mane, Krishnappa Tailor, and Koragappa took the initiative.

They established a small gymnasium where young boys practiced physical exercises daily. A small portrait of Lord Hanuman was placed in front of the training area, and the youth offered prayers before starting practice. Slowly, this simple activity transformed into a spiritual routine filled with devotion and faith.

Rise of the Gymnasium and Community Bonding

The gymnastics team gained recognition for their discipline and performances in nearby villages like Nattilu, Padu, Meralapadavu, and Pavoor. Their dedication brought pride to the village and strengthened the bond among community members. The gymnasium became not just a place for physical strength but also for unity and shared values. However, after the untimely demise of Sanjeeva Master, the activities began to decline. The villagers then decided that the sacred place should continue to serve society in a spiritual way.

A Historic Grand Vision

Vision for a Grand Temple

With growing devotion, a divine thought emerged to construct a grand temple worthy of LordVeeranjaneya. An Ashtamangala Prashne was conducted to understand the spiritual significanceof the place. The consultation confirmed the divine will to build a larger temple. The committeethen envisioned constructing the temple using the same pink marble stones used in the AyodhyaSri Ram Mandir. This vision inspired devotees and strengthened their determination.

Construction of the Temple

To bring the vision into reality, nearly 500 tons of pink marble stones were transported fromRajasthan, over 2,800 kilometers away. Skilled sculptor Umesh from Murudeshwar led the artisticcarving work. Kudupu Sri Krishna Raja Thantri provided Vastu guidance for the temple structure.During construction, devotees experienced many divine signs, strengthening their belief in LordVeeranjaneya. The temple gradually took shape as a magnificent structure filled with spiritual energy.
